How I am doing?

Attend two scrapbooking crop nights
Picked up a schedule for Feb/Mar ;)
Take on a new challenge activity:
Done! I'm a docent for Ravenswood Historic Site in Livermore, CA
Use the library more often
Seem to be making it over here every 3 weeks- & only bought 3 books :)
Read 1 non-fiction book this year
Lose (& not re-find) 25 pounds by December 31st
From 5/1/07-6/1/07: Down 2 lb for the year :P
Deposit $25 a pay period in my “Scotland” savings account
Added this to "Auto Bill Pay" in June
Go to the gym once a week:
Didn't make it over there all month :(
Throw out all the back issues of magazines stored around the house
Got a start in April- about half way there (anyone want 10 yrs of National Geographic?)
Install & use the photo software I bought 2 years ago
Tried & failed- the software was damaged & wouldn't load, so it was pitched; I'll be getting new software this summer
Drink two 16 ounce bottles of water each day:
Not a problem in this heat :P
Take a 30 minute walk three times a week:
This one took a dive- it has been just too hot :(
Buy a new camera
Done! It wasn't what I was orginally planning, but the Canon PowerShot A560IS will fit the bill for a couple more years :)
Cook dinner two nights a week:
Still not doing too well on this one- no one wants to cook when it's 108 degrees :P

The ways I embarrass my children

My cell phone plays "Brick House"
I'll hold a tissue to their nose & say "Blow!"
Walking thru the house in my nightgown when their friends are here
Asking "Do you need new underwear?" as they walk away from me at the mall
I order myself a Happy Meal at McD's & play with the toy before I give it away
I wear my jeans w/star-burst bleach stain on the butt when I pull weeds out front
Ask them to pick up a bottle of Midol on the way home (this seems to bug my daughter the most)
I dance to the music playing in the store
I sing along with the Michael Buble cd at Barnes & Noble
I blast the neighborhood with Italian Opera when the kid across the street plays "nasty" rap
